Intresting penalty

R & A recently published the 2010-2011 additional and revised case.on its official Web site.As the the additional and more detailed interpretation of "Rules of Golf", different from revision every four years,it will be revised every two years.why frequent changes? because golf game is really very special.

There is no fixed latitude,no uniform standard in the course, even the plants and the terrain are vastly different.It is because of the speciallity of golf courses, then new rules issues are raised every year, month even every day.
