How to relax yourself after the game

1.Pashwakonasana

Hold for 10 seconds or so then change the other side, repeat twice.Your should notice that we should expand the body as far as possible into a flat, do not back straight.

2.Quadriceps stretch

3.strech by golf cart
Hands on one side of the golf cart, keeping the spine straight, the body downward pressure, while keeping the hips tilt slightly,Stretching the shoulder and back muscles.

4.Standing calf and hamstring stretch
Stand and separate your feet to shoulder width by gently moving one foot, then with one foot front and another one back with toes pointing straight ahead and rear heel close to the ground, lean forward, stretching the back leg.

Role: Due to continuous walking and swing of Mizuno MX-200 Irons, you need to relax the tension in the leg, especially in the back of the thigh and calf.
